A brief arrives — a furniture list, a set of drawings, a delivery window. From there the work is infrastructure: we specify each line, open the sourcing lanes, compare vendors on a normalised basis, prototype and quality-check, ready the order for PO, and coordinate delivery and install.
Nothing is sold off a shelf. The package is assembled around the project, so what returns to the studio matches the drawing rather than approximating it.
